What is Hangtight Echo?
Echo is a text line we are developing for housing communities. It is designed to check in on how residents are doing, bring responses together for staff, and help the right person follow up.
Can we see Echo now?
We are booking early-access walkthroughs with housing teams interested in seeing what we are building and discussing a focused pilot. RA Training and Conferences are already live today.
Do residents need to download an app to use Echo?
No. Echo is designed around text messages, so residents can reply from their messages app without creating another account or remembering a portal login.
Does Echo replace staff judgment or emergency-response processes?
No. Echo is a workflow aid. It is not a clinical service, crisis line, or diagnostic tool, and it does not replace your institution's response procedures. Authorized staff decide what follow-up is appropriate.
Are the numbers shown in the Echo interface customer results?
No. The current Echo interfaces demonstrate the intended product experience and do not represent customer results.
How will Echo handle resident privacy and access?
Privacy, authorized access, and data handling are part of every pilot conversation. We document the data flow, access model, and responsible-use boundaries before a pilot begins.
RA Training & Conferences
What does Hangtight provide for RA training?
One place for your schedule, tracks, session details, handouts, announcements, chats, and interest-based matching, for fall, spring, and summer staff training.
Do we have to build the program ourselves?
No. Send us the schedule and materials you already have, and our team helps build your program. Your staff can edit sessions and send announcements from there. We agree on the setup timeline with you.
How do RAs and delegates join?
Share an invite link with your participants. They can join the program, find their schedule, and connect with the people attending alongside them.
What does Hangtight provide for ResLife conferences?
A live agenda, personal schedules for delegates, announcements by audience, community chats, and matching for regional and national Residence Life conferences. Our team helps set up the event app from your schedule.
Can participants access Hangtight on the web?
Yes. Hangtight works in a web browser, and the mobile app is there for anyone who prefers it.
Where can current users download or access Hangtight?
Use the Download link in the site header for the appropriate app store, or select Log In to open the Hangtight web experience.
