Echo Pilot Overview

Help shape what Hangtight builds next.

Hangtight already powers RA Training and ResLife Conferences. Echo is a new product we are developing with housing teams, and we are inviting a small group of founding campuses to help make it genuinely useful before its planned Fall 2026 beta.

Founding Campus Program

A focused pilot, built together.

We want to learn with a small number of Residence Life teams—not ask a campus to make a sweeping commitment. Each pilot is designed around a clear use case, hands-on support, and honest feedback.

Choose the right community

Start with a focused residence hall, floor, or community where your team can learn without changing everything at once.

Shape the check-in cadence

Help determine which questions, timing, and frequency feel useful for residents and sustainable for staff.

Prepare your team

Identify the staff members who will review responses, add context, and own any appropriate follow-up.

Launch together

Work directly with Hangtight on setup, onboarding, and a launch plan tailored to the participating community.

Learn as it runs

Use scheduled feedback conversations to share what residents and staff find helpful, confusing, or missing.

Review what comes next

Look at participation, workflow fit, and team feedback together before deciding whether a broader rollout makes sense.

What Partnership Includes

You bring the campus context. We bring hands-on support.

  • A focused pilot plan built around one community and a clear learning goal.
  • Direct access to the Hangtight founders for setup, support, and product feedback.
  • Regular checkpoints so your team can influence the product while it is being developed.
  • A shared review at the end of the pilot before either team considers expanding it.

See the product. Tell us what would make it valuable.

We'll show you what we are building, learn how your team works, and talk openly about whether a founding-campus pilot is a good fit. No generic sales presentation and no expectation that you commit before the product and pilot make sense for your campus.
